The Definition of a Good Colombian Coffee Anolis Classic Coffee is a tribute to tradition. We use the "Washed" process, the cleanest and most respected method in Colombia, to highlight the purity of the grain. By washing and drying in the sun, we eliminate any interference, letting the Caturra variety shine on its own.
Tasting Notes (Cup Profile): When you try it, you will find a vibrant and aromatic coffee. Its profile is citrus, evoking the freshness of orange, lemon and mandarin, accompanied by delicate floral notes. It is a clean, elegant cup with a bright acidity that awakens the senses.

Frequently Asked Questions about Classic Anolis:
Is it a strong or bitter coffee? No. Being a medium roast and washed process, it is a delicate and smooth coffee. It does not seek to be bitter, but aromatic.
What does "Caturra" mean? It is a variety of the Arabica plant highly appreciated for its sweetness and fine acidity. It is the "queen" of traditional coffee plantations.
How best to prepare it? It is ideal for filtering methods (V60, Chemex, Drip) where its citrus notes are appreciated, although it works very well in Espresso if you are looking for acidity.
