6. Single use

7. Non-combinability of promotions

- may not be combined with automatic promotions or equivalent benefits
If an order simultaneously qualifies for several promotional conditions, Swiss Latina Group GmbH reserves the right to apply only one promotion per order.
8. Minimum order value
Where a promotion is subject to a minimum order value, such amount shall be calculated based on the value of the products in the order:
- before shipping costs
- before additional fees or surcharges
- and, unless otherwise stated, after automatic discounts have been applied
If, after the final review of the order, the required minimum amount is not reached, the promotion or coupon may not be applied or may be deemed invalid.
9. Excluded products and categories
Swiss Latina Group GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain products, brands, formats or categories from any promotion or coupon, even if not expressly indicated in all promotional materials.
The following may be excluded, among others:
- already discounted products
- promotional packs
- special price items
- products with limited availability
- products subject to technical or commercial restrictions
10. Promotions linked to a first order
Where a promotion is intended exclusively for a first order, Swiss Latina Group GmbH reserves the right to verify internally whether the customer meets this condition.
For this verification, the following elements may be taken into account, among others:
- email address
- first and last name
- billing address
- delivery address
- order history
- payment method
- reasonable matches indicating duplicate use or attempted circumvention
If duplicate, repeated or abusive use of a first-order promotion is detected, the company may:
- cancel the coupon
- void the promotional benefit
- reject its application
11. Promotions linked to specific days or periods
Promotions valid only on certain days or during specific periods, such as Tuesday promotions, weekend campaigns or limited-time offers, shall only apply within the expressly communicated timeframe.
For validation purposes, the date and time recorded by the online shop system shall apply.
12. Delivery of promotional coupons
Where a campaign includes the subsequent delivery of a promotional coupon, such delivery may be made by:
- automatic system
- or any other official channel defined by Swiss Latina Group GmbH
It is the customer's responsibility to check:
- that the email address provided is correct
- their inbox
- their spam or junk mail folder
Swiss Latina Group GmbH shall not be responsible for non-receipt of the coupon where this is due to:
- errors in the email address provided by the customer
- spam filters
- circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control
13. Cancellations, returns and loss of promotional benefit
In the event of:
- full or partial order cancellation
- full or partial return
- refund
- non-payment
- subsequent order cancellation

- cancel the coupon obtained through that order
- void the promotional benefit associated with it
- adjust the discount or benefit granted
- invalidate future promotions generated from that order

14. Obvious errors and technical failures

- system errors
- obvious human errors

15. Abusive use or use contrary to good faith

18. Interpretation and precedence
In the event of any discrepancy between the summary content shown in banners, advertisements, newsletters or social media and these terms, the content of this page shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Short promotional descriptions used for advertising purposes shall be interpreted together with these terms.
19. Changes to these terms
