SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: 26 February 2026

This policy is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online store. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts this policy.

2. Delivery options

Store pickup

  • Mon–Fri: 10:00–20:00
  • Sat: 11:00–19:00

Home delivery

All deliveries are carried out exclusively by an external logistics provider within Switzerland.

3. Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after Thursday 14:00 are shipped on Monday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute fixed deadlines under Art. 102 CO unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Shipping fees

  • Standard delivery (1–3 business days): CHF 13
  • Frozen goods (special shipping, 1–3 business days): CHF 25
  • Free shipping: orders above CHF 180

5. Logistics

All deliveries are performed by a third-party logistics provider. The seller may use third parties to perform contractual obligations (Art. 101 CO).

6. Transfer of risk (Art. 185 CO)

  • For shipment contracts, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If delivery is delayed for reasons attributable to the customer, risk transfers when the customer is in default of acceptance.

For store pickup, risk transfers upon physical handover to the customer.

7. Duty to inspect and notify (Art. 201 CO)

The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify any visible defects or transport damage in writing without delay. Failure to notify in time may result in the loss of warranty rights under Art. 201 CO.

For frozen products, the customer must verify the cold chain immediately upon receipt.

8. Delays / non-delivery

The seller is not liable for delays due to force majeure, carrier actions, or incorrect/unclear information provided by the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, repeated absence, unjustified refusal), the seller may:

  • charge additional reshipment/return costs; or
  • cancel the contract and refund the amount paid, deducting the incurred logistics costs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the seller is liable only for intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
