Thank you for your purchase. At DistriLatina Switzerland we strive to offer high quality products. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns unless the product received has expired or has quality defects. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Products delivered with an expired use-by date.
- Products in poor condition or with manufacturing defects.
To request a return, you must contact us within two (2) days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the condition of the product.
RETURN PROCESS
To return a defective or expired product, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@distri-latina.ch with your order number, description of the problem and photos of the affected product.
- Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If your return is approved, we will instruct you on the next steps to proceed with a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to seven (7) business days to appear in your account.
