High-altitude specialty coffee cultivated in Giraldo (Antioquia, Colombia). Thanks to its "Honey" process (dried while retaining the fruit's natural mucilage), the bean develops a clean sweetness and exceptional aromatic complexity with no added sugars.
As a whole bean coffee, it is ideal for grinding fresh on demand for automatic espresso machines or manual filter methods (V60, Chemex). Its natural sweetness stands out beautifully in black coffee as well as in milk-based drinks, where the fruity and chocolatey nuances achieve a perfect balance.

What does the "Honey" process mean?
It means that after pulping the cherry, the bean is dried while keeping its mucilage (the inner pulp), which enhances the natural sweetness and aromatic complexity in a 100% organic way.
